Refunds

1. What can be refunded

Unused credits, in full, within 14 days of the purchase they came from.

The 20 credits a new account starts with during the beta are spent before anything else.

The credits you bought are the first ones you spend. Credits we gave you are spent after them.

2. What cannot

Credits already spent on a finished fighter, a finished arena or a finished change are not refunded, because it was made for you alone.

Credits we gave you were not paid for, so there is nothing to pay back. They stay on your account.

The same goes for the 20 credits a new account starts with during the beta.

3. Packs bought with Telegram Stars

Telegram pays Stars back for a whole payment or not at all. So a pack bought with Stars is refunded whole, within 14 days of buying it, while all of its credits are still on your account.

Once any of them is spent, that pack is not refunded.

4. Packs bought with a promo code

A refund pays back what you paid for the pack, not its full price.

Bonus credits a code added are part of the pack: they come back out with the rest, and a pack whose credits are partly spent pays back its share of what you paid.

5. When something cannot be made

The credits are held when making starts and spent only when it is finished. If it fails, they go back to your account by themselves. You do not have to ask.

6. How to ask

On your account page, with the refund button. The button goes away after 14 days, and for credits already spent.

The payment was taken by Ameriabank, and the refund is paid through them. Stars are paid back by Telegram, to the Telegram account that paid.

7. Deleting your account

Deleting your account deletes its unused credits too. Refund them first if you want the money back.
